Maple-Almond Green Smoothie

It tastes green—but the good kind of green.

Ingredients

  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender to a smooth puree.
  2. Add ice cubes, if desired, and blend again.
  3. Serve immediately with a straw.
